Spiritual direction is a way of looking and listening – a practice of presence with others who are seeking to understand and experience the Divine.
Spiritual companionship found in an authentic director/directee relationship can lead to a deeper understanding of God, as it allows for intentional space and focus.
Spiritual direction is not always exclusively spiritual, and it is rarely directive; however, it is always centered in listening.
Engaging in the process of spiritual direction will directly impact the way a person sees themselves and their circumstances, and their engagement with their Creator.
I hold a certification in spiritual direction and formation from Richmont Graduate University. As an ordained pastor, I am available to offer care and spiritual direction, both in person and at a distance.

Spiritual direction takes place when two people agree to give their full attention to what God is doing in one or both of their lives…
